Payment
Full payment is required at the time of collection. If a deposit is taken, it will be non-refundable.
Estimate
Any quote provided is an estimate based on the expected work required. While I strive to be accurate, unforeseen issues may arise that could affect the final cost.
Collection and Satisfaction
Collecting and paying for the work implies that you are satisfied with the quality and completion of the job. If you have questions or concerns, please address them at the time of collection.
Right to Decline or Return Work
I reserve the right to decline or return work if I believe it cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard for both parties. You are also welcome to retrieve your work at any time and take it elsewhere if you prefer.
Uncollected Work
If your work is not paid for and collected within three months, I reserve the right to dispose of it at my discretion, usually by donating to charity
